Payroll 360
TIAA offers a range of options to integrate HR and Payroll systems to support a client’s retirement plan processing. The core of the integration is based on industry standards including the SPARK 2.0 CR as well as TIAA specific formats including FLEX and OPS.

The 360 Integration can be done directly with the 3rd party payroll provider, client, or a designated 3rd party administrator. The integration supports both incoming census and remittance data as well as outgoing feedback, allowing TIAA and the clients we serve to stay connected on their participants progress toward lifetime retirement income.
Currently, secure file transfer is the preferred method of connection through the TIAA Gateway. Other methods are available with direct API connections for selection HR and payroll systems as well as support for select aggregator services planned for 2025.
